Six Senses Kaplankaya is nestled in the breathtaking natural beauty of this ancient land. Undulating hills clad in evergreens, wild olives and cypresses amplify the invitation extended by warm breezes and the turquoise sea’s gently lapping waves.

Presenting a robust mosaic of architecture, history and art, the resort is within easy reach of many archeological sites including two of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

141 guest rooms including six suites (75 in the main building and 66 Ridge Villas) and residences all boasting stunning views to the Aegean Sea. Each guest room and villa was designed to complement the landscape, using natural materials for contemporary elegant simplicity. Meandering paths make this scenic area feel like a Mediterranean village.

Guests who travel with their families or prefer extra privacy can book one of the Ridge Villas (with or withoutpool) which are private retreats offering nomadic experiences within the independent buildings.

Each villa has a small garden with unique surprises such as an ancient olive tree, an outdoor shower, a plunge pool or a cabana filled with gorgeous pillows.

Aegean and Mediterranean-inspired fresh, sustainable cuisine highlighting Turkish elements and flavors is the overarching theme of the three dining venues introducing Eat With Six Senses concept by sourcing local products from the resort’s organic garden, local fish market and nearby villages.

Sage & Sea Restaurant and Bar is the main restaurant including a bar, located on level one. A private dining room is also available for up to 12 guests.
Wild Thyme Restaurant and Bar overlooks the resort lounge pool, serving fast casual cuisine from an open kitchen and with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.
Mezze by the Sea features Aegean cuisine with a daily selection of freshly caught fish and handcrafted mezzes.
Beach Bar is located at the main beach and the Library Bar is found in the main hotel building, level three.

Six Senses Kaplankaya will provide guests and residents a truly integrative approach to optimal wellness, with an expansive 107,640-square feet (10,000-square meters) Spa and Fitness.
Amenities include: Core Wellness Programs, will be offered to guests in varying themes such as Holistic Anti-Aging, Sleep Health, Weight Loss, Women’s Health and Boot Camp for body and mind.

Six Senses Kaplankaya has five conference and event rooms with 2,917 square feet (271 square meters) fitted with state-of-the-art technology in carefully planned neutral colors, which can accommodate a range of groups and events from board meetings and lectures to receptions and cinema nights.

Participants can get a charge of sunshine between sessions and break out in the garden, which is richly planted with weaving herbs, fruit trees, fragrant jasmine flowers and grape vines that clamber over shaded pergolas.

Kaplankaya is just north of Bodrum. Upon arriving at Milas-Bodrum International Airport, depending on your preference you can complete your journey by car, yacht or helicopter — the trip takes 50, 30 or 10 minutes respectively.

The Turkish hospitality begins with the arrival experience: whether by speedboat slicing a foaming wake to the floating dock, by helicopter decent to a green lawn or by driving up through hills flanked with ancient olive trees and hedges of blooming oleander.
