Divan Lokanta
Divan Lokanta is an Istanbul attraction in its own right and proudly upholds Divan’s decades-long tradition of fine dining featuring Mediterranean cuisine with a Turkish touch. The copper-leaf bar and glass sculptures shimmering golden red set the tone in an inviting and elegant atmosphere where countless vintage wines tower in illuminated racks over the barstaff expertly mixing fine cocktails, and the professional and friendly waitstaff stands ready to delight you with palette-dazzling Mediterranean and Turkish gourmet cuisine.

Divan Pub
It is not hard to understand why this restaurant, whose low-key style is enhanced with original artworks by the noted Turkish painter Necdet Kalay, is a favourite place for Istanbulites as well as Divan Istanbul guests to meet for a casual dinner or a drink. You will also quickly be seduced by its extensive and appealing menu featuring local specialties such as lahmacun, a thin flat bread filled with spicy minced meat, and pub favourites like the Divan cheeseburger with onion rings, as well as a variety of satisfying dishes straight off the grill, such as Pirzola, Turkish-style grilled lamb chops, or a gourmet pizza fresh from our stone oven. This Japanese restaurant and sushi bar, smartly designed with inlaid glass handmade by master glassblower Robert DuGrenier, attracts a hip and diverse crowd of artists, professionals and socialites. Enjoy the conversation and the traditionally Japanese ambiance over expertly prepared dishes such as ricecouched maguro and traditional tempura udon soup from our extensive menu featuring a tantalizing variety of classical tastes from the Far East, all personally crafted with a modern interpretation by Chef Kenji.
